'En general el servicio de las personas es muy buena, son muy amables y te colaboran en lo que necesites. La habitación muy limpia, el único pero que vi es que en el baño no había jabón para el lavamanos y tocaba usar el de la ducha que era una tarro que estaba fijo en la pared.
Tiene buena ubicación y queda cerca a la plaza principal y a varios restaurantes.'

'The location is indeed an hour away from the airport, so keep in mind there will be several toll houses to pay when coming and going. The property never has hot water. Be ready for bug bites, which I believe to be spider bites. The breakfast and staff are great, but cleanliness isn't there. The rooms are never cleaned they only come in and make the beds and there is no sweeping or mopping or hardly take the trash out which is a factor that might contribute to the amount of spiders in the room....

"Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag gebruiken. Op het buitenterras van het hotel aten we een lekkere pizza. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."
