'Nada limpio, la pisicina muy sucia, en general el lugar no es limpio. Las habitaciones regulares, no había ni jabón para las manos, no había agua en la ducha. Para el precio que pagamos nada que ver.

'Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes! '

'Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again.'

'This hotel is a gem. From its cleanliness, to the employees and the establishment itself. 5 stars. Great food. Great service. Of note was Wilson who worked the pool area. A straight gentleman who was always on point with our group. I definitely recommend this hotel. '
