'The property had a door from our room to the outside parking lot which was great, but the room had clearly been smoked in and when the shower was running the nicotine was dripping from the ceiling. Yuck'

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Liked that this was attached to the conference centre. No need to walk outside in the winter when going to events at the conference centre. The on-site restaurant and Starbucks were a plus, and there were great restaurants within walking distance. Bar staff could make a great cocktail.'

'Paring always seems to be an issue. You ciuld only get in the underground parking lot through the loot due to all the outside doors being locked to keep the homeless people out. In which I understand.'

'I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.'
