'The floor plan of this house is very functional and great for gathering. Newly renovated and furnishings are to be envied. New appliances and fully stocked kitchen and bath. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel. I’ll book this again when in Sedona'

'Loved the location and property. Check-in was easy and the owners were very communicative and were easy going when I had a mixup about the checkout time. We walked to the nearby trailhead hiked for two glorious hours. That night we enjoyed the covered jacuzzi while it rained. The bed could be more comfortable, but that's a preference thing. '

'The property it was perfectly locate it in uptown. Sedona, where was it easy to access all the shops, restaurants and galleries. Sitting outside on the front patio in the shade was comfortable early in the morning, and fell into shade pretty early in the day. On the inside, the property was beautiful, stylish, comfortable and just the right size for two people. The kitchen had every convenience. 'Stayed here with friends for a girls trip and this house was perfect!! The house is gorgeous and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen and 2 nice outdoor patios. Loved that this was near the creek, such a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back! '

'This was our third time in Cottonwood! This cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to the historic district. The cottage is very clean and cozy! We only used the master bedroom, and the linens and bed were very comfortable! We appreciated the snacks that were left for us! Signs posted throughout the house gave directions for how to use various items. One of the main reasons we picked this rental was because it is dog friendly! There are dog bowls, dog treats, and dog blankets!...

"Een uitstekende mogelijkheid van een zwembad voor volwassenen! Er zijn meerdere zwembaden aanwezig en het was prettig dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om rustig je rondjes te zwemmen!! Fantastisch gelegen met prachtige vergezichten. 1 minpuntje echter. Wanneer je korter dan 5 dagen verblijft wordt de kamer niet verschoond en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken geleverd. Ook geen amenities worden er geleverd. Wanneer je 5 dagen of langere verblijft wordt het wel om de dag verschoond. Je kan wel altijd om nieuwe handdoeken, koffie ( die overigens erg goed is) vragen. Deze worden dan gebracht."

"The room met our expectations, the view is nice! 👌 The refrigerator was small, in case of a multi day stay, housekeeping needed to be requested. When this was done, it was not executed, but access cards where blocked. It was resolved, although without apologies. The breakfast options are good, there is even the possibility to enjoy it outside."
