'This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. '

'Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side...

'The location was great for us as it was about 5 minutes from the Rome Tennis Center where our tournament was being held. As an added and unexpected bonus, there were 2 public courts in a park within walking distance of our house where we could warmup for our matches! Rooms were nicely equipped with charging stations, outlets, lots of lamps/lighting choices, closet space, etc. Our only small issue is that we really needed ice and filtered water from the fridge to fill our water bottles/coolers,...

'Our stay at this townhome in Downtown Rome was great! We were able to walk to restaurants and it was close to the tennis center (we were there for a tennis tournament). I know it says there are only 2 parking spots, but we had room for 3 cars. The only slight issue was that the house does not seem to have any soundproofing. Not from outside of the house, but if anyone was inside the house, you could hear everything they did. If someone was up, everyone could hear them if they were trying to...
