'The rental description & photos accurately matched the home. Our group of 5 used all 4 bedrooms comfortable mattresses and furniture. We loved lazy mornings on the deck with beautiful mtn views. Afternoons were an easy 10 minute drive to enjoy the theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Several deer sighting (be cautious driving). '

'Wingspan was very cute...definitely needed 4 wheel drive to make it down the gravel road to the home though. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom. Basement was a little bare bones compared to the rest of the house. Would stay here again. Thank you!'

Lisa is very easy to communicate with and the property itself is special. From the relaxation under the canopy of trees, to the pool and creek access, there is plenty for a family to do. 'Quaint adorable cabin nestled next to battlefields and short drive to Harpers Ferry. Beautiful deck in back overlooking woods. We hiked at various lookouts and did the ranger talk in town (highly recommend). Magical 3 day 2 nights. Completely relaxed! '

'Our stay in the Cedar Hill Cottage was certainly represented well by the website photos and was in a very pleasant location in the rural outskirts of Chambersburg. The wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathrooms certainly made our stay easy in terms of fulfilling all our needs, and the cleanliness of the house overall was evident upon first entering the front door. We really liked the deck and view; cool in the shade and pleased by the woodsy surroundings! You can even see the distant Blue Ridge...
