'We loved our time at the Riverside Casitas! The location was great for us, we have no issues walking and walked all the down to the airport and back multiple times. It was clean and easy to get any new items that we needed like fresh towels or garbage bags. The fruit stand down the road was awesome and great prices. Also reccomend eating at the local spot across the street! The dock and chairs to lay on were really nice to spend some time watching the boats go by.'

'Great property for a beach front vacation. The beaches were pretty dirty, unfortunately. Otherwise this house would have been a place you’d never have to leave. But that’s pretty much the whole side of the island…tons of sea grass everywhere. The house host Jose was wonderful. Everything we needed was provided. 'Any review on this property that is negative is absolutely inaccurate! For one, read the water faucets. Up is hot and cold is down here. Pretty simple. The management is little downstairs on the corner and they are AMAZING! I got sick on our trip and Tammy walked my wife to a CLOSED business to get me help. Most everything tourists will want to do is within walking distance. My wife and I have always stayed at wildly more expensive, much further north, resorts and we will definitely stay here...

'We traveled as 4 adults - and stayed 2 weeks. Accommodations were as advertised. Manager and Staff - went way above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. (Including supplying us with fresh coconuts right off the tree in front of our unit. Keep in mind this is NOT a hotel... these are VRBOs so the expectation is that you can figure stuff out and do not have to be waited on. While we were there we did witness a party who did not seem to understand this and expected to be waited on, and to be...

'Lovely property, safe, convenient, clean, comfortable '

'We had to units and the apartment # was both units added the world. So the Unit listed was actually higher than what existed in person. With the building having a for sale sign and no one around... we started to think we were scammed. The key code wasn't updated but communication ended up be great and everything got much better! We had a bit of rain during our stay some trips got weather cancelled (no fault of anyone). The extra time allowed us to spend some time on the not so comfortable...

'We had an incredible experience during our stay, largely because of the convenient options near the condo, including various restaurants and markets. Traveling to San Pedro was a breeze, as there were plenty of places to rent mini golf carts. One nearby restaurant served delicious food; I tried a shrimp dish that featured coconut, with a mango sauce that I had never tasted before. It was flavorful, and I highly recommend it!'

'The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with not only the basic supplies, but has a toaster oven, a sous vide, Tupperware, a grill, and more. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a beautiful view and plenty of ocean breezes. The restaurant across the street was convenient with great food. We ate there 3 of our 7 nights. 'Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025'
