'I've stayed in Valento many times and they are so amazing---their attentiveness and dedication to having the best experience is unmatched. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is that there is a hookah lounge next door that plays music until they close at 12AM (at least during our stay in December). It made falling asleep pretty hard. If you stay at this gorgeous property, bring ear plugs or a sounds machine if you can't fall asleep to music.'

'Room was lovely with plenty of space to unpack and relax. There were 5 steps to take the elevator- weird, no ramp no nothing. Pool- I wouldn’t call that a pool- two meters wide and maybe 6 meters long - in the rooftop and completely covered- not a pool. Stay was comfortable and actually nice, with good location and walking distance to literally everything. I wish staff at the front was more knowledgeable'

'This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again....

'Love this property! Second time staying here (before and after the renovation). Wow, beautifully done. Still some more work to be done to complete but the construction was really no issue. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. The new suites are amazing. Will definitely be back.'

'Great place. We had our 2 adult children and host was able to separate the king into 2 twins. Made the bedroom a little cramped but it was fine because we didn’t spend a lot of time in room anyway. Upstairs bathroom has a shower and downstairs has toilet only. The rental office was very helpful in making us reservations for dinner one night and called a golf cart rental company to bring us a cart. Very nice and clean place.
