Guests are welcome to use the building’s resort-style amenities, including the pool and gym. However, please let us know in advance if you’d like to use them, as we need to coordinate with property management for scheduling. Feel free to check the pool and gym anytime, but scheduling ensures availability. The building also offers convenient shops, cafes, laundry services, and restaurants on the ground floor.

Security Deposit:

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we require a security deposit of PHP 2,000 the day before your arrival. You can easily pay this via GCash or bank transfer. Don’t worry—this is just a precaution for any potential damages. We’ll refund it after we check the property upon your check-out, and you can expect to see it back in your account by 3 PM that same day.

Parking Information:

While we don’t have a dedicated parking space, please feel free to ask the building guard for directions to nearby pay parking options.
