'Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. '

'Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.'

'The bathroom smelt awful. Probably from the mold that caked the hose on the shower head top to bottom. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down. The rest of the condo smelt like fried fish. The owner left us one regular towel and 2 small thin rags to last the 3 of us 3 days. There was a price list for if you used a blanket for example. It was far smaller and not nearly as nice as it was represented on Expedia. I did not enjoy my stay.'

'Please make sure there are towels in the rooms for the guests. It should not be a request.'

'Stayed 5 weeks in beautiful condo and well kept property. Owner and property management were very responsive to requests and wonderful to interact with. Would stay there again without hesitation.'

'Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…'

'This is nothing against expedia or the property as a whole. The room was terrible and i could not stay more than two nights. The A/C, and hot water in the shower did not work. The sink faucet in the kitchenette was about to break off. As for safety the smoke detector was taped over and the shower had black mold. I understand the owner has several units and most in the same condition. I ended up getting another unit in tower four that was much nicer. I do not expect a refund but somethung needs...
