'This was our second time at the hotel within a week. We came back here after being away in Bohol for three days. Upon check-in, I asked the kind lady at the front desk if she could assign us a better room with a working air conditioner and no musty smells. She said she would try her best. 'The staff of this hotel is very friendly but we did not sleep due to the noise of the street and the noise in the hallway and rooms next to us. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything all around. Tv of the room next door, people talking in 4 rooms further on in the hallway. All night long, even after we asked them to be quiet.
We also wondered if the linen was used before. It definately was not clean.'
