'Ac didn't work well in our room.'

'Staff was polite and helpful. Room and common areas were clean. I asked for 3 extra pillows for our group but apparently there was only one extra pillow available, It didnt appear to be a full hotel but I may have been wrong. We had a suite with both the bathroom door and the bedroom doors broken, laminate on both was split off the frame so very difficult to close and reopen. 'This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, stains on the bedding. The whole building smells like cat urine. No air conditioning. I spent a total of 30 minutes in my room and then left and found a different hotel. The property did not feel safe or sanitary. Also the front desk lies and says they will refund you online and then when you go online to get said refund they refuse it and claim they never said they would refund the money.'

'The check-in clerk wasn't friendly. He didn't greet us. In fact, he barely spoke to me while checking us in. He just asked for my name and phone number, took my cc info, and handed me the keys. He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. 'Okay so coffee should be ready for breakfast. Ice machine should be accessible with bucket.fire sprinklers should not be covered up. General manager was trying to do the work of three ladies up front. Hot tub was also covered in. Misleading.'

'Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep.'
