'Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! 'Im not a fan of pet friendly hotels and there was a barking dog at check in with a very stressed owner yelling at it. The staff was very professional and hotel was quite clean so I gave it a good review as I had a great stay.'

'Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep.'
