'Staying at the motel was a unique experience. It reminded me of when I was a kid and we would stay at motels on vacation. The rooms are nicely updated while retaining the ambiance of staying at a motor lodge in the 60's. It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was the room would get very warm at night, and when we adjusted the temperature on the thermostat, and eventually turned it off, the heat still came on, and the room...

'Quaint, quiet, simple, historical charm. Great sitting room with a fireplace and checkerboard. Bar and restaurant on premises. We never even walked downtown !'

'Room was clean beside the bathroom. Soap dish in shower had mold on it and other peoples hairs in the shower. Breakfast was better than other hotels and better than I expected. Did not try pool or gym. Would stay again. Peephole was electronic, super cool! '
