'Loved the sunrise view off the upper deck, & staying in a house on stilts. It was great walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Everyone at Cedar Key was super friendly. The fishing was great. Looking forward to coming back & renting kayaks & a golf cart for getting around & parking easier.'

'We've stayed at Cedar Key a number of times but we've decided that Pelican Place is by far our favourite place to stay here. We loved being able to walk out onto the patio and gather around that photo-perfect circle of colourful chairs right on the water to watch the sunsets. The decor is just perfect for a charming hideaway by the sea. We also really loved being able to walk to all the pubs and restaurants and shops on the pier and along the main street. We will definitely come back again to...

'Beautiful, clean home, we enjoyed the peacefulness, yet nice short drive to downtown , the home had everything needed. Plenty of outdoor seating and fenced back yard for our fur baby to enjoy.'

'The a-frame grew on us, and was more impressive as our stay went on, it was off putting when we arrived because of the musty smell, there was also a problem with the sewer system no back ups or anything like that when you flush the toilets the bath tub gurgles and you can smell sewer gases which could be part or all of the musty smell when we walked in'

'If you are looking for a comfortable old Florida cottage on the water, this is perfect! It’s hard to find this kind of nostalgia. We loved the pine paneling and big back porch. The furniture was very comfortable. We watched nesting osprey and saw spoonbills, pelicans, herons and ibis. It was so peaceful and de-stressing. We will be back! Cathy Smith'

'This is a wonderful loft/bungalow right on the Withlacoochee River with a beautiful community deck as well as Kayaks to use in the river. It is a convenient drive to Crystal River if you are planning to see the Manatee. The living space was nice and clean with all the amenities you need to enjoy your visit. 'BETTER than advertised! VERY clean! Offered touches of home that you wouldn't think to pack, right down to laundry basket, chip clips, cook books, etc.. Dolphins play often, all day long. The people there are so friendly. All around excellent place to be.'
