'The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. 'Geen VIP-voordelen ontvangen. Kwamen binnen in een warme bedompte kamer. Bedden waren goed, maar de matrassen wel erg gedateerd (en ook vies, kamer 239). Parking prima en veilig. Ontbijt simpel, maar voldoende voor een gratis ontbijt. Airco ging aan en uit en ook de snelheid van de fan was niet te bedienen. Gordijnen gescheurd. 'hotel is erg goed gelegen tussen alle belangerijke attracties. Staat van het hotel was rommelig ten tijde van ons verblijf zaten ze midden in een verbouwing. Kamer was nieuw en netjes, airco kan niet aan 's nachts vanwege de enorme herrie. Zwembad zat erg veel chloor in.. Zo erg dat mijn dochter de eerste nacht met opgezwollen ogen geslapen heeft. Dan als reiziger vanuit europa is wifi het belangerijkste in het hotel.. Plannen en uitjes opzoeken. Dit was ronduit slecht!! Geen of nauwelijks...

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'The shower was kind of gross. Hair in the showing. Other than that clean. Not very happy with the $30 parking. I feel as tho parking should be included. Then the same lot i parked in is $5 if you pay through the parking place vs the hotel. Kind of a scam if you ask me. I asked about it and they said that they charge different prices even tho it’s the same lot. The hotel charges more. The staff was very nice tho. We liked the snack place downstairs very convenient. 'The hotel is great and our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean but the shower tub wasn't. It has to be deep cleaned along with the shower walls. We were on 9th floor and wanted ice in the middle of the night and had to either go to 7th or 12th floor for that since there is no ice in every floor. Last thing we noticed was that they don't clean the room every day. They do it every three days unless you request with 24 hours in advance. We will come back! Thanks'
