'No amenities, WAY too expensive, room tiny '

'I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better.'

'So many issues I will list them individually. 1. Parked vehicle in ramp upon arrival - access phone at entry door does not reach anyone. You have to walk downstairs and walk through WIDE OPEN doors on the main level at 10 PM. 2. Room 316 smells from marijuana and cigarettes. This is a non-smoking room. 3. Bathroom is falling apart - faucet drips, faucet trickles out water when turned on, toilet seat is broken, shower takes 10 minutes for water to warm up 4. Room was extremely cold. Set...

'Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Staff was super polite and helpful, the amenities were great with coffee and tea available all night, the outside lounge area was quite beautiful, and the location can’t be beat.'

'Great breakfast and kind staff. Bed was not to my comfort level but everyone has their preferences for mattresses. Overall great night stay at a beautiful hotel. Shout out to the kind breakfast attendants too. :) '

'The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone....

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...
