'The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. 'Just overall great experience. Comfort, cleanliness, everything we needed was very accessible and accommodating. They offered a variety of amenities, things most higher priced 5 star hotels would offer for half the price. We will be returning to this location anytime we come in town to visit with family.'

"Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."
