'Parking was great and location was easy to find. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They explained everything to us upon arrival. We needed an accessible room. Although it was clean, the bed was very worn (sagging) and the odor from the bathroom was terrible. It smelled like the carpet was wet and the room smelled like there was mildew. We only stayed one night since we were leaving the area in the morning. If I stayed longer, I would have changed rooms. The breakfast was fine and...

'Upon check in we had to wait for our room so the reservationist tested us to a cold beverage while we waited 20 minutes! The staff was very nice. We paid the $22 for two people for breakfast and that was a big win as very good options to choose from and you could have as many items as you wanted off the menu! The staff member behind the bar and on breakfast duty was amazing!! I think his name was Dee. Although the staff was great and location very cool I will not stay there again as their rooms...

'The beds in room 221 were horrible. They squeak with EVERY movement, which made sleeping difficult. They need replacing. And the hallways carpet is really dirty. It's time to do some maintainence in the hotel. I was not satisfied with this visit. '
