'Novel Hotel is a relatively modern resort on the shores of Lake Issyk-kul. It's location is at the far end of the strip of resorts centered around Cholpon-Ata. There are only a few General stores around the local Village and no restaurants, so eating options are restricted to the resort itself. The hotel restaurant, next to the swimming pool, provides good standard of food at a relatively expensive price. The big advantage of Novel is its frontage to a pleasant and private beach that although...

'C'est dans le NestOne building que ce trouve les apparthotels .. gigantesque hall , la réception des appartements est à droite après le Lobby de l'immeuble . L'appartement est magnifique . Le métro Station Ouzbekistan est devant l'immeuble et le CityMall à 5 min. Échanges efficaces et rapides avec la gestion des apparts qui vous donne tout renseignement nécessaire comme ou petit déjeuner. Et la vue du 48 étage est sublime'

'Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.'

'Everything is perfect!'

'Excellent hotel. Staff assisted me with all needs. Good location and safe facility. Bravo!'

'Friendly staff and great food at restaurant'

'The facility is good. But the instruction to check in is poor. They said there was free water, but none. '

'The Istaravshan Apartments were in an excellent location in the centre of the Tashkent City Park area and close to a Metro Station. There are Restaurants, Cafe's and shops in the vicinity of the Apartments and they are very close to the Tashkent City Park with its nightly Water Feature Shows. The Apartments are linked to the Holiday Inn Hotel for breakfasts. The Apartment was clean and well maintained during my stay.'

'It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place '

'My family and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Based on our positive experience, we would certainly recommend this property to others.'

'Apartment is spacious, beds are very comfortable. Big refrigerator, stove, microwave. The problem is that there is no cookware, so if you want to cook anything, you have to buy cookware. Also, we had 3 people staying in, but only two big towels. It took two days for staff to get us third towel. Also breakfast is barely passable. The biggest issue for me was that everything was cold, The few dishes, that should be hot, were cold. Very few choices. Very disappointing. Receptionist was not...

'Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...
