'Service can be a little inconsistent, but most staff are very polite. We booked an apartment. It was clean, but the unit itself has a little age to it, and could do with some refreshment. No ironing board in the room. No cleaning cloth or washing detergent so you can't really cook anyway. The outdoor pool needed maintenance. 'Everything is perfect!'

'Location is good, near the river and the cable car over the river. We only stayed for 1 night which was good. I didn’t realize when booking that there were no towels provided. We had a mat for the floor in the bathroom, but nothing to dry our hands on, or the teacups we used for breakfast. The real negative here was the construction Right Next Door which continued until at least 11PM. A big truck was dumping rocks, even in the dark. We ate in the apartment but there were a few restaurants...

'The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes. Very nice view. I booked a garden view one. Definitely going to consider it for my future trips.'

'My family loved our stay here at IGMAR. Wasn't expecting much, but we had 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, and even a small outdoor wading pool. Rooms very really clean and comfortable. The hotel is near Oybek metro but we took a taxi most of our time. The apartment is slightly too big for our party of 3, but we are not complaining. Told the staff we had to check out early and she promptly remembered our mealboxes and had it ready for collection.'
