'This hotel is modern, well maintained and staff is very friendly. The value for money is very good, a European style hotel in Kyrgyzstan is rare and especially in this price range. The only obvious disadvantage is the location. While the hotel does provide a free shuttle, it might not be the best place to stay if you need fast access to the city centre.'

'Un excellent hôtel, le meilleur lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan : j'ai regretté n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, avec un joli balcon. L'emplacement est top, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc central. Le personnel est très serviable et parle plusieurs langues. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif, varié, avec des options locales et saines et un personnel au service efficace et avenant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bravo à toutes...
