La última noche que hospedé llegaron pasajeros a la habitación de arriba acompañándos de una mascota (perro), está mascota la metieron a la pieza y en la noche/mañana se escuchaba su caminar y ocasionaba un ruido muy molesto con sus pezuñas. Todo lo demás (instalaciones, comodidad de la habitación, piscinas, entorno del lugar, la conexión con el lago, etc ... Perfecto).'

'I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub.
