'I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub. They do say it takes five minutes for the hot water to come, but there was...

'The cabana (loft) was better than expected. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs space pretty spacious. WiFi worked well. They even prepare the fire for you so you only have to light it. The hot tub is only available in the evening and has a surcharge (20.000 when we were there) '

'This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer.'
