'Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost...

'The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel also offers a nice hot breakfast, which was a great bonus. The apartment itself was cute and cozy, with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I only wish I had known earlier that they offer laundry service at a very reasonable price! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.'
