'Off-season so office was infrequently staffed. As a result it took a few days to get some laundry done and hard to get tips about the parc and tours. Spacious unit but kitchen and floors starting showing their age. Some LED potlights were flikering in our living room and could not reasonably be used. Flikering LED lights at property entrance should also be changed. Breakfast was good. Stay was reasonably good value for low season.'

'Everything was excellent. We were positively surprised with the apt size, balcony view and comfort. It is very convenient to reach all nice areas: Viña Del Mar, Concon, Valparaiso and is in Reñaca. The natural marine santuary on the rock in the ocean across the street full of sea lions and birds is amazing. My kids loved it. Last but most important, the superb attention and guidance provided by the staff, among which I must mention Ruben, Andy, Alonso and Lukas. Will come back someday.'
