'The gem of this hotel are the views of the rooftop both during the day and night. Room was good, but located on a busy street and you hear the vehicular traffic going down the hill all night long. Staff were great and breakfast was delicious.'

'The apartment was nice and comfortable. It's on a dead end street. So, its a bit complicated getting picked up and dropped off. If you are driving, you're fine because there's a garage. Its not in walking distance to any food or grocery stores. So, if you stay here you will need a car or some type of transportation. The check in process was not great. We had to wait till 5pm because they had not seen our reservation. So, I had to wait at a friend's house. Things happen, I understand that. So,...

'The unit would have been ok had it been clean. We arrived after 10pm to find a living area with a badly soiled/stained rug - it needs to find a new home in a dumpster - soiled couch, kitchen cabinets with food all over them, a dirty microwave, dirty dish cloths, stained blankets on the beds, toothpaste on one of the blankets ... gross! The bathrooms were both clean, but there were no bath mats, just one single stained hand towel per bathroom, and a single bath towel per guest, most of which were...

'The views & sounds of the surf from the unit were spectacular- am so glad we booked this listing. Francisca is the best to work with from arranging our early morning check-in to even using her Jumbo account to have groceries delivered. We highly recommend and will definitely rent this unit again next time we’re in Vina! '

'The check in time is absolutely wonderful. If you want to get a feel for what it is to live in Chile, this is the place for you. Its humble and comfortable. Clean. Freddy (the owner) is awesome! His attention for us was wonderful. He explained everything. A true Chilean breakfast is provided by him. The view from this place is amaizing. Just beautiful view. Close to the markets, the stores and public transportation. Definitely recommend.'
