'This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. Although quite compact, the kitchenette was well stocked. Our host had left gift cards for a breakfast site, car wash and access to the country club. The most memorable part, you ask? 'De buurt waarin het hotel ligt, kan absoluut beter. Het zit aan de rand van een industrieel gebied en komt mede daardoor aan de buitenkant wat sjofel over. Maar de kamers zijn super. Groot, schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. Bed slaapt goed, douche is fijn. Er is een koelkast, magnetron en 's ochtends staat er koffie in de hal. Prima motel.'

'There was an issue where the property can’t see what is booked through Expedia so they put us in a queen when we booked a king. They quickly rectified this, put us in a king and waived our pet fees. Everything was excellent with this historical hotel. The location and amenities are top notch and it was such a fun, but interesting step back in time. Included breakfast was good and there a restaurant in the basement that is awesome! There were s art, chickens, historical monuments, and...

'Parking was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was busy with multiple teams and food was always stocked. Only complaint was the neighbors we had, underage kids up all night, but thats out of the hotels control. We visited blast of bay during our stay, that alone was worth our trip.'

'I stayed at this hotel while visiting Wichita for a boxing tournament with a large family group. The hotel has a very convenient guest common area with plenty of tools to help with dining (outside food) at the hotel. There’s plenty of tables, condiments, plates, napkins, and utensils as well as microwave that can be used. The TVs were very good for watching World Cup games while we were there too :) The location is odd in that it’s a pretty far walk to get to the actual casino, but the hotel...

'While the cannonball is a great place to stay, it is hard to find, but very comfortable as the staff is outstanding I don’t think you would rate the restaurants nearby more than three stars'
