'The apartment was good. The pickleball courts were not very clean so not sure that is an advantage here. The area was decent. Rooms were clean.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!'

'Charming, calm, and clean. Highly recommend'

'Such a cool vibe and comfortable. Had a great time! Will stay there again if have the chance!'

'Only thing that could be better is the parking. I had a toddler with me and had to park in the alley because someone stole my parking spot. It happens though! Amazing place to stay amazing view, would stay again'

'The place was beautiful and very spacious. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay in the down town area, this is definitely the place to stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere the place presented. Dave was very easy to work with on getting our stay put together. We give this place a 10, would definitely do it again.'

'The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The space is very efficient! Location was perfect for the Performing Arts Center and grocery was convenient. I would absolutely like to stay there again!'
