'The staff was phenomenal and the room was super clean. Although you’re not super close to the plaza it’s still a very short drive into town. Would stay here again!'

'Staff could have been nicer'

'The hotel as such is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired for. We chose this hotel because they offer a round the clock airport shuttle. 'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'
