'Très bel hôtel avec un excellent service Mais éloigné du centre de Monbai et avec problème de bruit ( musique jusque 1h00 du matin et des 7h00 ) plusieurs jours de suite. En acceptant des mariages , l ‘hôtel devrait réserver les chambres des étages supérieurs aux hôtes non impliqués dans les marriages.'

'As mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. 'One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!'

'This hotel is luxurious and the service is outstanding specially at the restaurants and bars. They went beyond to make you feel special. The service and the ambience exceeded my expectations. However, I would point out that the concierge front desk was not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable and had cold attitude.'
