'Voor een Hilton hotel is dit hotel heel slecht en vies. Kouwgum op de vloer uitgesmeerd. Vliegen bij aankomst in de kamer. Het stonk in de kamer. Vies douche gordijn het bad. Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel faciliteiten in het hotel waren dicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!! '

Not knowing who she was at the time, she was so pleasant and we had a great conversation.
