"First of all, when I booked this stay hotels.com mentioned that there is a laundry-facility on site for guests. There was not. I was able to upgrade my stay for 55 aus dollar, so I could do laundry. A little expensive in my opinion. Further, I didn’t like all the ‘managementrules-signs’ with penalties if you do this or that’. First of all, it doesnt not work like that, second of all: it is a hige sign of mistrust in guests, and is very childish.
