'To be honest, we expected much more from this hotel. At check-in, the receptionist couldn’t speak English, which was surprising for a five-star hotel. There was no welcome drink or warm welcome, unlike our experience at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The room was fine but didn’t feel luxurious, and the air conditioning couldn’t be set below 22°C.
