'I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience so future renters are aware. I booked accommodation at “Landmark 81 & Vinhomes Lexington” for a short trip, and from the very first night things went wrong. The bed mattress was placed upside down, which gave me a terrible backache. When I tried to flip it, I discovered the other side was extremely dirty, with a large wet stain. It was obvious this was the reason the mattress had been turned...

'Communication before checking in was dismal. Lucky for me, I have a brother who lives in the area and was able to communicate with the host on my behalf to facilitate the checking process; otherwise, it would be very much impossible as there was no front desk check in service. Once we checked in, we didn’t even know that we were supposed to sign in with fingerprint service to access the property. We had to ask grumpy security guard to let us in. The amenities were also lacking, no bathroom,...

'Overall, it was a good stay. Most annoying part is the resident card they give you will not allow you to access the building itself, have to wait for a resident or staff to open it. The front desk staff at Vinhomes are a separate entity from the building you’re staying at so they won’t open the door for you which is annoying '

'Rooms were not cleaned during our entire 5-night stay, and no additional toiletries were provided. '

'I stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms. The first time was in L6 and the second time in LP. None of them look like the pictures in the listing. The shower stalk at both places really needs deep cleaning as I see mold at every corner. The floor of the entire apartment also needs to be swept and mopped. Overall I like that these apartments are spacious when you have big luggage’s with you. And it’s close to Landmark 81 where there’s lots of restaurants that you don’t have to go anywhere...

'Nice place. Overall comfortable and quiet. Good location. It was a little difficult getting into the elevators at times if a guard was not present. It is secure though. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time. This was very nice though. '

'Fantastic experience staying at Landmark 81 autograph! The staffs are at the same time very discreet and extremely friendly, making you feel welcomed every day. As a Titanium member who stayed at many properties around the world this is in the top 10% for sure. Special shoutout to Brian at the club lounge, who was always very helpful.'
