'It was a delight to stay in the Shoe which I saw for so many years on the way to visit my extended family in Reading, PA from Baltimore. Enjoyed the design of the shoe house and there was something quaint about the rooms that made them comforting. The hot tub and fire pit were nice additions. The host was very responsive. It was a delight!'

'The Betty really impressed me the moment I entered the house. It was very clean with lovely decor. With quick access to Route 30, it is still in the country where horse and buggy frequently drove by. The Betty was the right size for our group of four college friends to enjoy a short reunion.'

'This was my second time at this cottage and hope to stay again. It rained the whole time! But, with such a cozy place to read and relax, listen to the rain and enjoy the ambiance it was lovely. I walked for a nice dinner at the Hideaway. I walked to Mt Gretna Mercantile for a few treats and always enjoy chatting with the sweet owners. I had an incredible lunch at Porch and Pantry. All without getting in my car. I highly recommend!'

'The area was beautiful and very quite! We loved the cabin we stayed in. While we did run into some minor issues, staff was VERY accommodating and attentive. We hope to come back and would love to stay on the grounds again. They love dogs and that made us feel more comfortable. The pool was awesome, as was the arcade room for our younger members of the group! '

'Went to check out Gettysburg, PA and had a great time. The Stratton House location cannot be beat. Our group was able to walk to everything in the historic district, which made it nice to not have to find parking and get in a few extra steps. The house is perfect, beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook a few meals of our own. If you are staying in Gettysburg and looking for a place to stay, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Stratton House!!!'

'Perfect stay for our scout troop weekend at Hersheypark. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space for our group. It was a safe quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the park. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and the downstairs much colder than upstairs but overall it was exactly what we needed, would stay here again.'

'This truly was a great place to stay for a long weekend, celebrating a 40th birthday for my spouse. We were easily able to comfortably fit 18 adults with room to spare. 'My friend & I loved staying at the Thaddeus Stevens House. The house was well stocked and very cozy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.'

'The water park wasn’t open during our stay on May 10-11th but the indoor pool was open. If you don’t have life jackets , buy them before going . There aren’t any available on site to purchase. I tried for days to reach front staff to ask specific questions in relations to my stay but no one ever answered. Once you’re there it’s fun. We won a towel playing power puff girls bingo . We didn’t dine in the restaurant but there were many near by. We also got discount tickets to Dutch Wonderland '
