'If I could give 10 stars I would. Opting to stay at VRBO properties as opposed to hotels I have a lot of experience and I can say this is one of the best. The cabin is extremely well stocked with everything you need. It was clean, spacious and meticulously maintained. My only regret is that we didnt get more time there. 'The cottage was spotless, in a perfect location, and check-in was super easy. Margaret was a fantastic host—her communication was fast and helpful every step of the way. The beds were very comfortable, and the cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.We especially loved the screened-in porch, the fire pit, and listening to the stream and sounds of nature. 'We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. '

'Everything you need for a fun stay less than 15miles from State College!We stayed for graduation weekend and loved the rustic decor of the Cabin, the scenic drive through the state park and the cozy quiet of the surrounding forrest. AT&T service was strong, definitely read the drive in and out recommendations of an SUV or a pick up truck. The owner was hospitable with providing snacks, waters and was very responsive and pleasant. We would stay at this property again. '

'We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy.'
