'Fabulous home! Karla has a real gem here and she communicates effectively and timely. Comfortable living room, excellent kitchen that met our needs. Plenty of plates, cups, bowls, silverware. There was real cream in the refrigerator for coffee… our group was impressed by that. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with plenty of towels. We did not use the porch since it was in the high 90s during our stay but it looked super cute.We walked to Fenwick’s 300 each morning for breakfast. ...

'This place was wonderful if you're looking for the farm environmental. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The animals were friendly too. If you don't want to wake up to farm animal noises, then i don't recommend staying here, but otherwise it feels very authentic. '

'This property was just right for my wife and me. Great location for the areas of Nashville we wanted to get to (it is not super far from anywhere really). Tammy was a fine host and had the place ready for us and very clean. We wanted a place with the highest rating - found this property and stayed at it - and will give the same high rating. We will plan to stay again in the future. It isn't huge - but fine for the two of us. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!'
