'Room was spotless. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Valet employees were wonderful.'

'Check in time was 16:00, I had booked 2 rooms, one was available at 16:30 and then we had to push them to give us the other room at 17:30. The reception staff didn’t seem interested and housekeeping were very disorganised! The rooms were very basic with no water, tea and coffee facilities in there and I had booked superior rooms! They did not feel very superior. The valet staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant bar was good and reasonably priced. '

'Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and with the Christmas decorations it was even more spectactular. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Both were great. Breakfast portions were hearty. Can’t wait to stay again soon.'

'Very clean. Rooms spacious. Kitchenette well stocked. Heat and air very comfortable. Not immediately downtown so not real close to restaurants. Uber very convenient. NO hotel parking. Most lots were $40 per night. Breakfast was excellent.'

'Lovely house in a lovely area. The house was small but well-equipped. The waterfall on the property was stunning (the short walk was tough). Had a great time kayaking on the lake that was available to use. Enjoyed the nearby Caverns and hiking.'
