'The Hayes was very clean and had a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded upon arrival and we enjoyed the boutique feel. Only downside was daily housekeeping was by request only, but this was very minor and we could request more towels and toiletries from the front desk. Would recommend!! Walkable to Midtown Cafe- excellent food!! '

'This place was wonderful! A beautifully kept up historical home. Everyone who works there was super friendly and nice. The room was really clean and had great lighting. We walked to Guist for dinner which was delicious. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. We’d love to stay there again. '
