'A really special stay! '

'I recently spent a week at the hotel and was really happy with the service - all the staff members are incredibly polite and hardworking. A highlight of my stay was being invited to watch the staff beach volleyball match, so fun! The hotel is on a beautiful white sand beach and also has a wide range of facilities like tennis and padel courts and also runs a good daily activity program. Some of these were very good but there is some room for improvement in the quality of some of the activities....

'良かった点 ホテルの庭がとてもよく手入れされていて花が美しかったこと。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの手続きがスムーズだったこと。 プールが広く、水もきれいだったこと。 ファミリー向けに２段ベッドの部屋がちゃんとあったこと。 日本語の案内書も用意してくれていたこと。 朝食が豊富でチーズがおいしかったこと。 イマイチな点 水回りが水浸しになりやすいところ。 冷蔵庫がちっとも冷えないところ。 地元の方が多く、夜や朝食のときときおり騒がしいところ。 キャンセル無料期間を設定するとかなり料金が上がってしまうこと。 ルームキーがひとつしかないところ。 '

'In feite een prachtig complex, dat redelijk onderhouden is, maar tegelijkertijd nogal gedateerd is. Mooi zwembad, en een ok privé strand(je), waar wel een weg achterloopt. Prima buffet ontbijt en restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel. Met taxi binnen 10 minuten in centrum Hoi An.'

'What an incredible beachside resort. We were looking for somewhere to relax and reconnect as a family after a hectic period and this resort wouldn’t have been any better. A beautiful villa, attentive staff- right on the beach. Given it was low season, we had access to all amenities from rope courses, crafts, waterslides and Himalayan Sauna, jumping castle, billiards, table tennis. A special thanks to the General Manager for spoiling my little girls at the kids club- setting them up for a cooking...

'Perfect getaway, we don’t have anything that good at have been better, great room, service is great and we felt really welcome, great breakfast, pool and services were perfect'
