'I had a very relaxing time at this property. The staff were very kind and attentive and would check up on me quite regularly about any needs I might have. I rented a scooter for the day and felt the axle was bit misaligned and expressed my concern. They immediately and rather quickly brought another one which was perfect. 'Everything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. '
