Point to seriously consider: rooms have no airco, necessitating opening the windows - not ideal for those sensitive to noise'

'Right in the heart of the historic part of Luzern. Everything within walking distance. Absolutely a 3 star hotel and no more. Most staff are pleasant but not all. Check in is in another hotel on the next square as mentioned beforehand. But so is breakfast which was not mentioned. The surroundings are very, very noisy. From very early in the morning till very late at night. '
