'This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. 'Room was quiet and bed was comfy. Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. 'Got there , dirty and under Reno’s. Had to move to a different place the staff want helpful at all.there was a lady there she tried to be helpful but a very rude male manager. Expedia stepped o.
