'Our key cards failed every single time. The staff made it like we were inconveniencing them by needing new ones. The elevators are very slow. The bathrooms are a bit run down. However, housekeeping was very pleasant. Unsure if we’d stay here again.'

'Easy and very friendly check-in. Beds were super comfy and room was very clean. The only downside is that the breakfast is not a 'hot' breakfast. There is no meat or eggs, and the waffles are prepackaged for the toaster. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, just don't come expecting eggs, sausage or hash browns.'

'Our Super 8 hotel room in Sherwood Park, Alberta, was clean and fresh, we had a lovely stay. The free breakfasts had great choices. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially a gal called Stacey, who helped immensely when we locked ourselves out of our vehicle! We recommend the hotel highly.'

'Rooms were ok, but there was so much noise I could barely sleep for 3 nights. There were trucks parked next to the parking lot, close to the rooms with their engines on. First night only in the evening, last night even in the middle of the night. Second night there was a dog barking and scratching the door.
