'Affordable with included breakfast and the room was very clean'

'I worked with Ayisha at the front desk to add a day to our stay prior to our arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Upon arrival there was some confusion on the amount owed for the extra day because we used a 3rd party to book the other nights. Following a call from the front desk to report to the front desk after check-in, the issue was resolved. The room was clean. We did not use any of the amenities. Plenty of parking. 'Clean room, good air conditioning, Did not know that there is a $100 damage deposit until I arrived. '

'Service at check in has significantly slipped from dress code , organization, and even offering a cookie. Room was not well cleaned specifically the bathroom. Broken items- body wash container, toilet handle, Rugs in the hallways not vacuumed. No tap beer in the bar. Main TV in bar not working correctly not watchable. No one available at checkout. Overall noticed the decline in the service and property condition.'
