She didn’t give us any information about roomservice, room cleaning, and other information we needed to know. However her co-worker treated other customers good with descent information and a warm welcome. The hotel room had mould in the extractor hood in the bathroom. And we had some problems because there was a small leakage from where the water from the shower went to the toilet (ground). You can only take 1 bus from nearby the hotel. This bus is scheduled for 1 in a hour. The other options given in google maps are not correct, because you cant’t trespass the trainrails. Some good things: the view over the skyline New York was amazing and you could spot the planes very often. "
