'This location was absolutely perfect for my friendsgiving gathering. The place was so clean and tidy, and there is minimal furniture in there, which makes it more open. I honestly couldn't ask for a better place. I'm definitely going to use this location again. 'We flew to the NYC area to attend a family graduation. We were very close to mass transit and good coffee/bagels. The room was squeaky clean and we enjoyed the extreme quiet. Thanks.'

'Our room size was perfect, for my hubby and I, for two nights. I did go for the room that actually had a bathroom included rather than a communal washroom. The restroom was built into the closet but was totally functional with a toilet and shower. There was also no TV. It was less than 20 to Uber around rather than worry about trains. 'Our family visited NYC during Memorial weekend and we stayed at this property. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole place felt very clean, calm and comfortable. Host was very accommodating to our check in time and was quick to respond! Location was great as we took the PATH line to get to the city it was only about a 14 min walk to the station. Would recommend and would stay here again if possible. '

'We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! 'The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!'

'This place was fine for a night or two before boarding a cruise ship- but no hand towels or face cloths in the bathroom- and note- the bed is a full size with man made fiber sheets. On the positive- your car is inside a locked garage, attached to the townhouse. The apartment is super cute with tons of potential.'
