'The hotel is very old, it is like you are going back to the 90s. The rooms are outdated and have damaged furniture in them.
The rooms were not cleaned properly and a lot of services (like an elevator) were out of order. I had to carry my suitcase up 4 levels to my room. The breakfast was also a big disapppointment. Basically it is a bag that you have to ask for yourself which has a muffin, a danish role and water in it. They have no restaurant service. Guests are not welcomed when they walk in...

'Hotel is next to Metlife Stadium and The American Dream Mall. They had a shuttle service to and from the Stadium helping us avoid the chaos that is stadium parking. 'We had a small bedroom with just one queensize bed. (We are quite large people so we slept bad) The next morning we asked the reception if there were any rooms with a bigger bed available. There was and we could go directly in the new room. We got the upgrade for free, so that was very pleasant!
