Hotels met parkeerplaatsen in Central Minneapolis

'It took them 3 tries to get our rooms right. They tried to upsell sell me on check-in. I already had a handicap accessible king room with a tub and another double queen landmark view room. They assigned us a room that had a shower. Then they reassigned rooms. However, the other room I reserved, the landmark view room. They put us on the 2nd floor of the hotel. No view. They later switched us to a better room. Check in was at 4pm. It was after 6 by the time we got our rooms. Kid's didnt have much...

'Staff was lovely and helpful. In the room: AC was not as easy to set as it was on cool but it was cold outside so at night it got cold. The hangers were falling apart (not a big deal tho). '
