Hotels met sauna in Central Minneapolis

'I was very disappointed to book and prepay a king room and end up with two queens. I dislike the two queens rooms- very little space outside of the beds, bad angles all around to the TV etc. I was told it was because they were “so busy”. Well, I rebooked and paid for my room choice so busy should not have mattered. Nearly $400 a night is a lot for a room type I dislike. Next, I called room service for over an hour with no answer. You can no longer order from the TV so it just was not available....

'We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

'The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless'

'Top hotel. Mooi van buiten en van binnen. Frans Normandisch kasteel. Zeer aardige heer bij het inchecken. Ruime schone kamer, alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer goed ontbijt. Geen buffer, bestellen en het werd vers gemaakt. En echte verse jus dorange. In downtown. 15 minuten naar de mall of America en 40 naar daar waar wij voor kwamen, Paisley Park, de studio, woonruimte het alles van Prince. Waanzinnig was dat. Op loopafstand vh hotel een prachtige Prince mural en first avenue. Genoeg...

'Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.'
