'Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed'

'Everything was great except there is no ironing board nor iron in the room. I travel a lot and they are always in the room. I made the assumption here would be so I didn’t plan to have to wait until delivered them to the room. Super inconvenient.'

'Extremely run down property. Pool was not working, paint chipping off everywhere, the wooden benches in sauna were all broken you can’t sit down, fitness equipment old and run down. Truly sad. Lack of upkeep… sure that at some point in time it was a great hotel.'
