'No pool Only thing I got for the VIP was 2 vouchers for $15 off at their restaurant. Staff was great, very accomodating, restaurant is ok for dinner but much better for breakfast.'

'The staff was professional and very friendly. The hostess at breakfast was incredible. The bellman was so helpful. The dead bushes in the landscaping at the front of this property seemed odd for this high level of a property. '

'Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff is very friendly. The styling is exactly to my taste ('minimalistic-chique'). Only stayed there for one night for business; may go there again. The only drawback is the insanely expensive overnight parking fees ($40 for Minneapolis is on the steep side) and additional fees for rooftop bar and pool ($25) are a bit much for hotel guests. '
